Brand new vinyl flooring throughout the rest of the motorhome. Brand new carpet in cab area.

We currently use a window unit 12,000 BTU in dining area & portable in the bedroom (portable about 16 months, window unit just under a year old). Roof ACs not working. Will include a “running” according to the gentleman who gave it to me, roof unit you can have installed. 

Generator works 510 hrs on it. She runs like charm. 50,300 miles. 

We just pulled her up from two year permanent spot and traveled to Georgia during Hurricane Milton with no problems. She started right up. Had tires checked at Loves Truck Stop and they were good. 

Ford V10 second generation. Gas.

Two slide outs….full living area and bedroom. Levelers are not working (hydraulic system).

This Rexhaul is a beast and can make a great traveler, permanent home, tiny home, or gut to complete steel frame a build a new.
