New Year - New You

by: Jen

Hey everyone,

So it's not just a New Year it's a New Decade!! Woo-hoo! I always have a New Year's Resolution that I keep for a little while and then completely forget about. This decade I'm hoping to stick with positive changes in my life. Over the last several years, I've noticed there has been more of a focus on eating and living healthier. I think that's awesome. More restaurants popping up with fresh organic options make it easier for those of us who don't always want to or have the time cook. Especially, because I know losing weight and excercing more are always popular New Years resolutions.

This decade I want to get more involved in the community, possibly start volunteering. I am also going to try to keep an upbeat attitude and seek out the positives in situations and people.

What are some of your New Year's resolutions? Anyone have suggestions on how to keep them? Or success stories?

Also, If anyone knows of great organizations in the community that need volunteers post them below!

Happy 2020!!

I want to set aside time to relax and de stress. Maybe take up yoga and get more sleep at night.
